How often this is updated

The price dataset is re-verified in capture rounds and every figure carries its own date; the current version is v2026-08-11. This timeline is updated when a material event occurs — an FDA action, an approval, a trial readout, or a coverage change — rather than on a fixed schedule, because a timeline padded to hit a cadence stops being a timeline.

Two things we know are coming and will be added the day they land: the FDA's final determination on the 503B bulks list, and the FDA response on CagriSema expected during 2026.
