How it computes

It starts from the all-in monthly figure — medication plus every mandatory recurring fee — then substitutes the program's published rate for your chosen term where one exists, and its published price at your chosen dose where one exists. Where a program has published nothing at that dose, its maintenance rate stands in and the row says so rather than silently interpolating.

Questions

How much will a GLP-1 cost me in total?

It depends on dose, plan term and how long you stay on. The cheapest compounded tirzepatide in this dataset is $169 a month all-in and the cheapest semaglutide $129; the calculator on this page applies your dose and term to every program at once.

Does this include membership and shipping?

Because that program has not published one. Only some programs publish a price at every rung of the ladder. Where one is missing we use the maintenance rate and label the row rather than inventing a number.
